'GLIMPSES OF TRUTH'

'GLIMPSES OF TRUTH' si the title of a certain work that serves to arouse certain thoughts and feelings in those who make an effort to read it and to seek out what the sources of that elusive 'TRUTH' are. SINCE, 'THERE IS NO RELIGION HIGHER THAN TRUTH', searching among religions, religious groups,sects,cults, etc. will not actually lead to what is often called 'HIGHER TRUTH'. If religion and otgehr traditional ways,whether to knowledge or devotion, are followed, then only 'glimpses',if one is serious as well as lucky, be 'seen' or 'experienced' possibly.

'FRAG MENTS OF AN UNKNOWN TEACHING'

Aside from being the subtitle of oen of OUSPENSY'S works, this is reference to ancient,esoteric teachings, presumeably scattered around the world after THE GREAT DESTRUCTION OF ATLANTIS, that were sought after and occasionally 're-assembled' by various seekers, groups, cults, religions, philosphers, occultists, and adventurers as sometimes evidenced in various writings and activities. Like a giant jigsaw puzzle,many, if not most, of the pieces were lost as well as scattered, so very few could grasp or 'intuit' THE BIG PICTURE'. G.I. GURDJIEFF is/was one of the more successful in doing this and ranging from 'PRE-SAND' EGYPT and all through Central Asia and other places, aimed to make know 'THIS WORK',THIS SYSTEM','THIS WAY' known in the WEST,however imperfect it might appear or eventually become after his efforts.

A FOURTH WAY PERHAPS

This blog,which I shall expand more when time permits and it usually doesn't, will deal with what can be called THEN FOURTH WAY){FORTH WAY} and will be replete with all my limited understandings and my unlimited misunderstandings, along with my 'sage-like' vice(think SAGE CHEESE) other 'references' to THE WORK, THE SYSTEM, THE TEACHINGS OF G, etc.etc. But do not think that this is the endall-beall of such. It is only a brief scratching or entry on an electronic system that is most fragile and ready to perish at any moment,under the weight of my verbosity and ignorance.
